Amaan is an excellent sales/finance guy. I walked in not knowing what to get; I was thinking of a Colorado. He asked what my budget was and said I could get a Silverado, which is much bigger and would be better for me. He first showed me the Colorado, and he was right—I could barely fit. Then he showed me a Silverado, and the entire process was seamless. He also did all of my paperwork, and I got an extended warranty as well. Best car-buying experience I have ever had. He was also kind enough to set up a loaner for me to have while they installed running boards and the spray-on bed liner for me.

We were looking for a new used vehicle for the wife.
We were looking for a new used vehicle for the wife. The online ad listed one for $5K below KBB, and it checked all the boxes. We called and spoke with Fredy Cruz. He emailed us all the information they had on the vehicle. We went in, and the vehicle was everything they said it was. The price was pretty fixed, and we knew her trade-in was not the best. Fredy worked with us to make the finance numbers palatable and overall made the experience as pleasurable as buying a car can be. Russell in Finance was quick, to the point, explained everything, and not the least bit pushy. He is good at what he does. I would definitely recommend Biggers to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience.

great and friendly service Mike understood my problem with my 2025 Equinox and due a diagnostics on the vehicle. They found some issues and reinstalled the software which fixed the problem. In closing I highly recommend to use Biggers service dept for repairs, they are a great service dept.

We found a couple cars from Biggers where we were introduced to Diego Montez, and both my wife and I we impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and willing to work with us. After going to a number of other dealerships and looking at a number of other used cars, of which none of them were to our liking, we heard from Diego a couple of times that he found what might fit our criteria. He arranged for us to look at the vehicle on Monday evening of which my wife found another one on 'Car Bravo', so he made arrangements for us to look at the both of them at the same time. We both felt that Diego went above and beyond. Ultimately we chose the Chevy Equinox because of mileage, it was equipped with all of the accessories we were looking for and because it was a 'Car Bravo ' listing, it came with a 12 month/12k mile bumper to bumper warranty. All of the sales staff were very professional, helpful, knowledgeable along with Diego. I would highly recommend Biggers Chevy and if you need a great salesman, Diego would steer you in the right direction.

Great service! Great staff. I called the service department when a light came on in my car. They were able to get me in for an appointment right away. I took my vehicle in for service for my appointment and had a loaner waiting for me. They kept my updated with everything. Great communication. Highly recommend Biggers!
