great and friendly service Mike understood my problem with my 2025 Equinox and due a diagnostics on the vehicle. They found some issues and reinstalled the software which fixed the problem. In closing I highly recommend to use Biggers service dept for repairs, they are a great service dept.

Great service! Great staff. I called the service department when a light came on in my car. They were able to get me in for an appointment right away. I took my vehicle in for service for my appointment and had a loaner waiting for me. They kept my updated with everything. Great communication. Highly recommend Biggers!

(was a service director for a large competitor for 8 years prior to GM) Needless to say I've experienced awesome and, well, not so awesome dealerships. Started calling on Biggers in 1990. The facility has changed but the focus on the customer hasn't. This is my fourth vehicle from your store. Never a bad experience.
