The Assistant Service Manager, Mike Matthews, was outstanding. He went over and above to help us with our bumper-to-bumper warranty, unfortunately to no avail. It was not his fault our extended warranty stinks. They know there is a problem with the tail light assemblies on the 2020 Equinoxes, but they don't want to fix them.
I dropped the car off and Mike took care of me right away. He listened when I explained the problem. He said he would call when he knew more and he did. He had already checked with the insurance company and had answers for me. He ordered the parts and called me the next day when the work was done. He kept me informed the entire time. The service department did a great job as always.

We were looking for a new used vehicle for the wife. The online ad listed one for $5K below KBB, and it checked all the boxes. We called and spoke with Fredy Cruz. Everyone at Biggers was really good about helping me out with my purchase. They don’t have any fees they don’t tell you about, it’s all the standard stuff like tax & title fees. Hugo was great at helping out with the loan setup and making sure we knew everything about the vehicle and process. Definitely recommend checking out this place if you’re getting a used car, you’re pretty likely to get a fair rate here.

It always irritates me when you charge for “extra” materials! You quote a price and then tack on extras. It seems to me to be an automatic tip. After years of practice you shouldn’t need “extras” for a majority of your services. I’ll check around for service w/o extras!!
After months of online looking, I finally decided to take the risk of purchasing a car from Biggers while living in a different state. The entire experience was far better than expected. They got back to me right away, the sales person I worked with (Jason) stayed in constant communication to give me honest information about the vehicle and walk me through the various steps. The dealership as a whole made it easy and fast to buy the vehicle, have it shipped to the state where I live, and drive away happy.

I've had good service in the past. But I had to wait over 2 hrs just for an oil change. I asked for a shuttle home. But nobody offered to take me. Disappointed. Will not be getting oil changes there anymore.

The Service Writers always communicate very well and let me know what I need now or what I will need in the future. They always let me know how long I will have to wait for my car. This last experience, I was told it would take a few hours and they offered to drive me home. I live less than a mile away, so I walked, but I appreciated the offer.

Paide over $250 for something, I don't think was even done to my car. Brought my car in for an oil change, they tell my there is a small leak. And they would have to put something in the oil to see where the leak is. How did they do that while my car was sitting right out the window from the waiting room???
