I've had good service in the past. But I had to wait over 2 hrs just for an oil change. I asked for a shuttle home. But nobody offered to take me. Disappointed. Will not be getting oil changes there anymore.

I have been a customer of Biggers Chevrolet for over 10 years. I always have a wonderful experience. The Service Writers always communicate very well and let me know what I need now or what I will need in the future. They always let me know how long I will have to wait for my car. This last experience, I was told it would take a few hours and they offered to drive me home. I live less than a mile away, so I walked, but I appreciated the offer.

As usual, Awsome experience, In-N-Out as quick as possible. Constant updates to let you know what’s going on. I just overall family atmosphere might have to go back there next weekend. I forgot to ask him to check one thing for me. No big deal in early out early.

Paide over $250 for something, I don't think was even done to my car. Brought my car in for an oil change, they tell my there is a small leak. And they would have to put something in the oil to see where the leak is. How did they do that while my car was sitting right out the window from the waiting room???

My experience during the purchase of my 2015 Chevy Traverse was very pleasant. My 2012 Traverse was totalled a week ago when a deer hit the front of my car! This was my second vehicle which was a daily driver and I wanted to replace it with another Traverse. Diego, my sales rep was friendly and professional. Bigger Chevy met and exceeded my needs.

Service writers are always attentive when discussing how I describe issues with my vehicle. Never assume anything and will ask for further details in order to get the best picture possible of any problems. I also appreciate how the service department will do everything possible to return my car the same day. Finally, having updates from the service writer without prompting is a very nice touch!

I took my car with 29K miles in for an oil change and was told I needed a $3500 repair on an engine gasket. I told the service person that I had a platinum extended warranty in my glove box that should cover this. She told me I would have to call my warranty to see. I have never had a dealer do that before. They always took care of that and told me what was covered. I was disappointed on their honesty. I clearly asked a salesman on the phone if the interior of the vehicle had any tears and/or rips which the salesman assured me he did not see any. Unfortunately, there was a eight inch tear on the back of the passenger seat.
