I had one of the worst experiences at this dealership and strongly caution anyone against doing business here. After waiting three months for a vehicle they ordered for me, the dealership owner tried to rip me off on my trade-in and overprice the new vehicle by $5,000 above market value. Despite knowing the true worth of my trade-in, they grossly undervalued it, assuming I wouldn’t notice.

If a customer buys a used car without an extended warranty due to the cost, they shouldn't have problems with the air conditioning in the car in less than 3 months. Especially if the air conditioning has only been used two times. Edit here: How irritating it can be to read a business response and then experience MORE issues with the product purchased....

Brought my Corvette in to have the brakes serviced because I thought the front rotor on one side looked worn. Must have been my imagination because everything checked out OK. I was expecting much more so they ran some new brake fluid and that was it. Car was finished that day.

My vehicle was in the shop for the same issue twice in three weeks. I never got a clear diagnosis and ended up spending over $2000 "hoping" that the work will resolve the problem. I expect a higher level of competency when I bring a vehicle back to the dealer for service.

He worked tirelessly to help me discover a solution as well as holding the vehicle until I could find/make resolutions. He even worked with a body shop to help with quoting the hidden damage. Biggers Chevy has always gone above and beyond taking care of our service needs on both my Canyon and Mazda Cx-9. Recently I had a head light / turn signal issue with my truck that started with my trailer lights. Service gave me a loaner for the day, and after troubleshooting found a simple problem… missing fuse!! (That’s on me trying to fix the trailer lights). My service advisor Gretchen didn’t even charge me for a full hour of diagnostics and no charge on replacing the fuse. Thank you Gretchen and Biggers for always providing fair and honest service!

My car got stranded and was towed to biggers per a recommendation. My car was there for 3 weeks and I paid nearly $7000 that I didn’t have.
