I decided to get a new vehicle after my 2015 Red KIA Rio from Carmax had reached to the points draining some money here and there, due to many of technical issues happened. Previously I did some research to my Credit Union, KIA dealership and Carmax for getting some trade-in knowledge or financing information. Then I walked into Biggers Chevy in Elgin and met with Diego Montes, through a recommendation from a good friend of my husband. I was glad we met with Diego, a veteran car salesman himself, he was friendly, fully understanding and knowledgeable helping me finding a new car, a 2026 Chevy Trax. Diego was so helpful and patience since I told him my budget and he honored the information from my Credit Union and Carmax into my benefit account. He was able to answer all of our questions. He also showed me how to download the apps and made sure that I understood everything before we left Biggers parking lot and insisted me by letting him know or one of his staff if I still need of further assistance about getting familiar with the car or the apps. I would highly recommend Biggers Chevrolet Elgin, and come see Diego Montes to anyone in need of a vehicle. You would be guaranteed 100% satisfaction, and he will assist you with above and beyond professionalism. All the staff there very friendly and help each other to meet your expectations.
