Our experience in looking for a new suv didn't workout based on our budget however working with Jeff Purcell was an awesome experience and ended with the purchase of our newer used 2024 Chevy Equinox. Jeff was a pleasure to work with and hops guidance and easy approach helped us find the perfect vehicle. We couldn't be happier. We had to come back to gey out plated transferred and appreciate the manger in making that extra call to make it happen after they kept saying it wasn't possible. Without saying exactly the reason, I would give them a 4.5 and not a 5 if possible fie to one nay sayer within the team. The manager knows who I'm speaking of as you should always try and not simply say no, not possible. Again, overall experience was extremely good and will/ would come back to them. Amaan is an excellent sales/finance guy. I walked in not knowing what to get; I was thinking of a Colorado. He asked what my budget was and said I could get a Silverado, which is much bigger and would be better for me. He first showed me the Colorado, and he was right—I could barely fit. Then he showed me a Silverado, and the entire process was seamless. He also did all of my paperwork, and I got an extended warranty as well. Best car-buying experience I have ever had. He was also kind enough to set up a loaner for me to have while they installed running boards and the spray-on bed liner for me.

I bought a certified car that has so many issues that are not covered Extended warranty is not covered

The Assistant Service Manager, Mike Matthews, was outstanding. He went over and above to help us with our bumper-to-bumper warranty, unfortunately to no avail. It was not his fault our extended warranty stinks. They know there is a problem with the tail light assemblies on the 2020 Equinoxes, but they don't want to fix them.

I dropped the car off and Mike took care of me right away. He listened when I explained the problem. He said he would call when he knew more and he did. He had already checked with the insurance company and had answers for me. He ordered the parts and called me the next day when the work was done. He kept me informed the entire time. The service department did a great job as always.
