Brought my Corvette in to have the brakes serviced because I thought the front rotor on one side looked worn. Must have been my imagination because everything checked out OK. I was expecting much more so they ran some new brake fluid and that was it. Car was finished that day.

Coke was amazing I ordered a 2024 trax and we looked through so many that were inbound to find the right. And in the end it made the process of buying so easy and seamless. I was in and out super quickly.

My car buying and trade in experience was excellent at Biggers Chevy. My wife and I needed a bigger truck, specifically a 2500 HD, over our existing Silverado 1500 to pull our travel trailer as ride with 1500 wasn’t comfortable. Bobby Mengler was our sales representative and was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. We purchased a used 2500 HD which was certified and was priced very well. Overall experience was great as dealer provided me with a reasonable and fair trade in on my vehicle and were willing to go above and beyond to earn my business. Bobby was awesome and made my wife and kids feel welcome. If you are seeking a used or new vehicle, I would highly recommend that you at least give Biggers Chevy an opportunity to earn your business. Moreover, do yourself a favor see Bobby and he will make sure he gets you where you need to be and work with you on both a professional and personal level.

They’ve always been thorough, fair, and forward with their expectations. For occasional emergencies, they’ll take a quick look, diagnose, suggest service and get me road ready without a charge, always respecting my schedule best they can. This place is amazing!! I brought my truck here after a 1200 mile trip and they are worlds ahead of the Chevy service department back in Pueblo, Colorado. I was very satisfied with the service provided but more so the customer service. Eddie Iniguez was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, had a journeyman check everything out, sent me a video of the multi point inspection explaining what needed to be done. When I needed a ride to grab a rental they had me there immediately. And even when no one was there to help me return the rental, a guy named Jose willingly stayed a little later to help make sure I got a ride and all my expectations were exceeded. Great job on the vehicle, it’s running like a champ now! Chevy, these two individuals are top notch. Give these guys a raise they really earned it!
