I was charged $650 to replace a small solenoid valve (EVAP). Two days later, the service engine light came on again! This service department is not good! Avoid Chevrolet vehicles altogether. My Equinox has only 35,000 miles, and I’m dealing with these Service engine lights repeatedly. Will never buy another Chevy again! Sticking with Toyota and Honda from here on out.

Brought vehicle in. Had to return next day because it was not explained to me that I had to make a decision on brake parts, which had to be ordered and would take a day to fulfill. Dropped off next day and received a call that the brake service for this corvette (2013 GS) was more labor intensive than expected (???) and that the vehicle could not be returned until Monday. Today is Friday. Question: shouldn't the shop know this?

I always make an appointment and always try to be there 15 minutes early. I was greeted promptly and told he would finish the customer before me and then check me in. It was only a couple of minutes and then I was asked what my appointment was for and I told him. He suggested other things that would need attention in upcoming appointments. I was given an approximate time and it was done early and I was on my way. Very satisfied.
