Never assume anything and will ask for further details in order to get the best picture possible of any problems. I also appreciate how the service department will do everything possible to return my car the same day. Finally, having updates from the service writer without prompting is a very nice touch!

great and friendly service Mike understood my problem with my 2025 Equinox and due a diagnostics on the vehicle. They found some issues and reinstalled the software which fixed the problem. In closing I highly recommend to use Biggers service dept for repairs, they are a great service dept.
